The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has always been able to resolutely defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity, and frustrate separatist forces seeking "Taiwan independence" in any form, said Chinese Defense Ministry spokesperson, Wu Qian, in response to questions on the deployment of weapons and equipment along China's southeast coast.
China has warned that seeking "Taiwan independence" is a dead end and there is no way out, said Wu.
