Russia’s annual military forum is underway in Patriot's Park, on the outskirts of Moscow.
From fighter jets to hypersonic weapons and battle tanks, it’s one of the world’s biggest displays of modern military technology.
Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the crowds on the first day of the forum, via a video message.?
He praised Russian workmanship saying the expo demonstrated the "huge potential of our armorers, builders, engineers and workers. It's their hands and talent which help create unique equipment for the Russian army and fleet."
There are more than 20,000 exhibits on display from Russia, China, India and Turkey, among others.?
For international delegations, it's an opportunity to window shop, and see the most innovative military hardware in action.
