(ECNS) -- The 27th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo concluded on Sunday, showcasing more than 1,200 cutting-edge technological achievements.
This year's event signed 43 projects worth over 5.8 billion yuan ($800 million), attracting over 80,000 visitors from domestic and international attendees.
The four-day expo, centered on cutting-edge technologies, drew about 800 domestic and international enterprises and institutions across a 50,000-square-meter exhibition space. More than 600 new tech products debuted at the event, including an AI-powered waste incineration system and a multifunctional wall-climbing robot.
Cutting-edge technology including the Zhuque 2 and 3 carrier rockets, supersonic aircraft, named Cuantianhou or Soaring Monkey based on the Yunxing series, were displayed during the expo, setting the trend for future industrial development
The world's first AI-powered surgical robot made a strong debut, capable of reducing joint replacement surgery time from two hours to just 30 minutes and significantly cutting treatment costs.
The multifunctional AI-powered wall-climbing robot moves effortlessly on vertical 90-degree surfaces, greatly reducing risks associated with high-altitude operations.
This year's expo also hosted over 30 trade and investment promotion events, providing a practical platform for cooperation and exchange.
