(ECNS)-- The U.S. House of Representatives voted on Tuesday to create a select committee on China, using one of its first votes since Republicans took control to stress members' desire to counter China's growing international influence.

American politicians has continued to fabricate lies on China-related issues, hyped the so-called "China threat", and regarded China as a scapegoat for their own domestic problems. This committee, an evident product of the Cold War mentality of the United States, is used to cover up the failure of American-style democracy.
