The fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC), China's national legislature, started its second plenary meeting Monday.
Li Zhanshu, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, delivered a work report of the NPC Standing Committee to the meeting.

On improving electoral system of Hong Kong SAR
China's top legislature will make a decision on improving the electoral system of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) during its ongoing annual session.
