Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday sent a congratulatory letter to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) non-governmental friendship forum, expressing hopes that the forum will become an important platform for all parties to enhance mutual understanding, deepen friendship and strengthen cooperation.
