At the invitations of the defense ministries of Finland and Hungary, a 10-person friendly visiting delegation led by Gen. Zhang Haiyang, political commissar of the Second Artillery Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), left Beijing on April 15, 2012 for an official friendly visit to the two countries.
The main entourage includes Li Guohui, deputy political commissar of the Lanzhou Military Area Command (MAC), Xu Dexue, deputy political commissar of the Nanjing MAC, and Zheng Weiping, director of the Political Department of the Guangzhou MAC, among others.
