The slogan "Bring manufacturing back home!" has echoed through American politics for over a decade. Across factory sites in America, weeds overrun abandoned lots, rusted steel frames against the sky, and half-built structures stand frozen in time —industrial graveyards trapped in the illusion of "production starting soon."
