Unlocking Chinese Cities｜Qinghai Lamian spreads its aroma worldwide from Hualong County

Located on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, Hualong Hui Autonomous County of Qinghai Province is known as “the hometown of Lamian noodles.” 

Today, out of Hualong’s 300,000 residents, more than 100,000 are engaged in the Lamian industry. That’s one in every three residents in the industry.Nearly 20,000 Lamian restaurants run by Hualong natives span 337 Chinese cities and 16 countries, including Malaysia and Cambodia.
