How a bowl of noodles powers a 20-bln-yuan industry

The 2025 "Beauty in Unity" Qinghai Food Debut was held in Beijing. The event invited experts from Beijing, along with officials from Qinghai Province and Lamian entrepreneurs.

There are currently 203,000 people working in the Qinghai Lamian industry, with an annual output value of 20 billion yuan. As a representative of Chinese cuisine, Qinghai Lamian has gone global, establishing a presence in 35 countries and regions, including Malaysia and Cambodia.
