Growing calls are being made to create a better customer verification code for the purchase of railway ticket online in China, as many are concerned about the current system leading up to the Spring Festival buying rush.
近日,為網(wǎng)購火車票的用戶提供更好"驗證碼"的呼聲越來越強,許多人擔心目前的系統(tǒng)會導致春節(jié)出現(xiàn)一票難求的局面.
為了防止搶票軟件(ticket-buying plug-in)的干擾,今年,12306網(wǎng)站再次升級,目前采用的驗證系統(tǒng)(verification system)要求用戶從8幅彩圖中選出符合要求的圖片(matching pictures with a corresponding description).不過,很多有過網(wǎng)購車票的市民表示,圖形驗證碼的大小和種類(size and style)不僅增加了,圖片的清晰度(clarity)也不高,識別起來比較困難.有些關鍵詞還從一個變成了兩個.
一家網(wǎng)站統(tǒng)計稱,12306網(wǎng)站的購票驗證碼共有581種,按照要輸入兩個關鍵詞的規(guī)則,排列組合(permutation)多達336980種.一次性輸入準確的比例為8%,兩次輸入準確的比例為27%,三次甚至4次以上輸入準確的比例為65%.如果一次性輸入成功的平均用時為5秒的話,按照熱門車票(popular tickets)"秒殺"(flash sale/Lightning deals)的情況計算,每輸錯一次驗證碼,就意味著當次購票成功率下降80%左右.
此外,為防止黃牛黨(scalpers)囤票搶票(snapping up quantities of tickets)再以高價轉(zhuǎn)手(reselling them at inflated prices),12306近日開始執(zhí)行手機"雙向核驗"(two-factor authentication),將手機號和身份證綁定,防止身份信息被搶注,驗證后可以用手機號登錄.
手機雙向核驗可以說成two-factor/dual-factor authentication with one's phone.
Two-factor authentication,也稱為2FA或2-Step Verification,即二元認證、或雙重認證.也就是在用戶名和密碼之外再加一道身份認證環(huán)節(jié),例如一次性密碼（OTP, One Time Password）、手機短信動態(tài)密碼等.
"12月3日前必須在12306網(wǎng)站完成'手機雙向核驗'",你上周大概也因為這條消息而受到了驚嚇.
事實證明,這條消息系誤傳,12306的手機雙向核驗仍在繼續(xù).
"The verification code ... has beaten out 99 per cent of its users," one person commented online.
一位網(wǎng)友發(fā)表評論稱："驗證碼已經(jīng)擊敗了全國99%的用戶……"
Another person asked: "How much did the railway company spend on this ... platform. It doesn't work. Call Jack Ma. Use his Aliyun system. I support Boss Ma purchasing the railway company," another wrote on Weibo, the Chinese version of Twitter.
另一位網(wǎng)友則在微博上質(zhì)疑稱,鐵路公司到底花了多少錢在這個平臺上？根本就沒法用.叫馬云來,用阿里云系統(tǒng),我支持馬老板買下鐵路公司.
還有網(wǎng)友表示：'春節(jié)將至,登錄12306搶票很讓人心塞, 即使網(wǎng)速手速都給力,圖片驗證那一關分分鐘把用戶逼瘋的節(jié)奏.比高考還難.'不過更多網(wǎng)友表示,面對驗證碼不知所措(at a loss).
