The Supreme People's Court published a list of 67 criminal cases on September 18 which they say is typical of the crimes being committed in schools. The list shows that campus violence is a serious problem nationwide.
18日,最高人民法院發(fā)布67起發(fā)生在校園內(nèi)的刑事犯罪典型案例.這些案例表明,校園暴力在全國范圍內(nèi)都很嚴重.
校園暴力（campus/school violence）、校園欺凌（school bullying）如今已越發(fā)引發(fā)關(guān)注,受害者可能會產(chǎn)生心理問題,影響健康,甚至影響人格發(fā)展,一些惡劣行為甚至構(gòu)成了刑事案件（criminal cases）.
在這67起典型案例中,主要集中在故意傷害（intentional injury）、聚眾斗毆（brawl）、尋釁滋事（affray）、搶劫（robbery）、強奸（rape）等罪行.其中,職業(yè)學(xué)校（vocational schools）是校園暴力的"重災(zāi)區(qū)" （"harder-hit area"）.
歸結(jié)校園內(nèi)刑事犯罪的原因,最高人民法院新聞發(fā)言人孫軍工分析,一是青少年性格沖動、易怒、不成熟（impulsive, angry and immature）；二是學(xué)校不善管理（poor management）,對學(xué)生的不良行為處理不及時,三是青少年法律意識淡薄,校園,社會的法治教育缺失.
