China on Monday held a ceremony to mark the 88th anniversary of the start of the entire nation's resistance against Japanese aggression, and launched an exhibition themed "For National Liberation and World Peace" at the Museum of the War of Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in Beijing.
The exhibition is divided into eight sections, spanning 12,200 square meters. It features 1,525 photographs and 3,237 artifacts, and opens to the public starting Tuesday.
