The Qingbaijiangdong-Zhenjiangguan section of the Sichuan-Qinghai railway with a total length of 206 kilometers and a design speed of 200 kilometers per hour, which connects Chengdu in Sichuan Province, and Xi'ning in Qinghai Province, started operation on Tuesday.
