     Qixi Festival falls on Aug. 4 this year, the seventh day of the seventh Chinese lunar month.


     The festival initially highlighted people's worship of natural astrology and women's domestic skills.


     Gradually, people celebrated the romantic legend of the two lovers, the weaver girl and the cowherd.
