China-U.S. mixed doubles pairs enter 1/8 finals(1/5)

The China-U.S. pair enters the 1/8 finals after beating Barbora Balazova/Lubomir Pistej of Slovakia with 3-0. Another pair of China's Lin Gaoyuan and Lily Wang of the U.S. beat 3-1 against Dang Qiu/Nina Nittelham from Germany despite an early setback.

The 2021 World Table Tennis Championships Finals kicked off in Houston, Texas on Tuesday. Two China-U.S. pairs made the winning debut at the first round on Tuesday. The mixed doubles final will take place next Monday.
