    Thailand observed the annual Loy Krathong festival on Monday. At the festival, people set afloat lotus-shaped rafts adorned with candles, incense and flowers, known as Krathongs, around the twelfth full moon night of the Thai calendar while wishing a year's bad luck to be washed away by the waters.
