China took the top spot at the 45th WorldSkills Competition held in Kazan, Russia, on Tuesday. China finished the competition with 16 gold medals, 14 silver and 5 medals in total, putting China at the top of the medal rankings, according to the final tally announced at the closing ceremony on Tuesday night.
