The Pearl of the Baltic Sea project is a modern multi-functional residential and commercial project invested and constructed in St. Petersburg by seven Chinese enterprises including Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Co., Ltd. Twenty-two sub-projects have been completed by March 2019, including residential communities, commercial projects, schools and kindergartens, with a total construction area of 1.26 million square meters which account for 64% of the whole project.
