(ECNS) -- The Seaventure, the first polar cruise ship operated by a Chinese enterprise, embarked on its maiden voyage in the UK on Monday.
Capable of carrying 150 passengers and boasting the highest ice-class rating, the expedition vessel features both indoor and outdoor restaurants, a library, a panoramic lounge, and other facilities designed to deliver customized travel experiences.
During this inaugural journey, the Seaventure will navigate to the Faroe Islands and Iceland. The Faroe Islands, consisting of 18 volcanic islands, are scattered across the North Atlantic Ocean, while Iceland is hailed as a "museum of ice and fire."
