(ECNS) -- Three Chinese criminals, surnamed Zhao, Wang, and Chen, were lawfully executed for raping minors, according to the official WeChat account of the Supreme People's Court of China on Friday.
From April 2018 to March 2019, criminal Zhao raped eight girls by taking advantage of his identity as a teacher at an illegally established "education base." He colluded with other teachers to abuse and illegally confine dozens of minors in the base by means of beating, insulting, corporal punishment, and forced labor.
From September 2019 to May 2022, criminal Wang specifically targeted elementary and middle school female students on an online platform. He pretended to be a movie director, lured girls into taking indecent photos, and raped them after tricking them out with the excuse that they needed to undergo a physical examination or threatening to publish their indecent photos and videos.
From January to April 2022, criminal Chen pretended to be a peer and joined more than 20 junior high school students' QQ groups and WeChat groups. He randomly added female students in the group as friends, selected some of them, and raped them using deception and coercion.
The Supreme People's Court's sentences send a clear message that those who assault children will be severely punished without mercy.
