China, Nepal to hold joint military drill

(ECNS) -- The 4th joint military drill between Chinese and Nepalese armies will kick off in southwest China’s Chongqing in late September, authorities said on Friday.

According to the official WeChat account of China's Ministry of National Defense, the joint military drill, China-Nepal Mt. Everest Friendship 2024, will focus on anti-terrorism operations in urban blocks. It will carry out trainings such as cable gliding, explosives search and disposal, blockade, stealth approach and armed rescue.
