(ECNS) -- Two webcast platforms that privately live stream a record-forbidden warm-up match between Marcello Lippi-led Chinese national football team and Wuhan Zall Football Club have drawn rage from Chinese netizens.
Chinese Football Association on Thursday condemned the two live platforms zhangyu.tv and live.qq.com for breaking the game's news management rules and making illegal broadcasts.
The training program was the first since Lippi started coaching the Chinese national football team last month.
Any form of recording and broadcasting is forbidden as there is only one week left before China's decisive game against Qatar in their Asian world cup qualifier.
Qatar has undoubtedly collected information on China's tactics via the leaked webcast, according to a user of Twitter-like Weibo.
"It's a shame on these live platforms. They secretly put three cameras among fans for broadcast, pursuing noting but producing sensation. Now the video has been leaked," said Liu Siyuan, a journalist at CCTV.
Li Xuan, head of the domestic section at Soccer News said that "I'm speechless over this behavior, regardless of rules and regulations, for nothing more than a little profit."
The two platforms have been banned from attending any games held by Chinese Football Association in future.
