(ECNS) -- A young man has bitten his hand so badly that he drew blood while dreaming he was eating pork feet, a popular Chinese snack food, the Qianjiang Evening News reported.
The man named Li, who is in his 20s, visited his cousin in Longyou County, East China's Zhejiang Province on February 16. They drank wine and the man stayed the night.
At 5 a.m. the next morning, Li was found gnawing on his left wrist and had blood in his mouth, despite being fast asleep. Efforts to wake Li failed, and he needed to be taken to a hospital.
The family also called the police.
At the hospital, Li told police that he had bitten himself while dreaming about chewing pork feet.
