    (ECNS) -- Zhang Zhijun, head of the State Council's Taiwan Affairs Office, has delayed a scheduled visit to the island's Kinmen County, it was announced.
    


    A delegation led by the Chinese mainland's top Taiwan affairs official was scheduled to meet with Taiwan's mainland affairs chief, Wang Yu-chi, in Kinmen on Feb 7 and 8, according to a previous report.
