最高法：幫轉發網絡信息侵害他人權益將擔連帶責任

最高人民法院9日公布的一則司法解釋明確，雇傭、組織、教唆或者幫助他人發布、轉發網絡信息侵害他人人身權益，被侵權人請求行為人承擔連帶責任的，人民法院應予支持。這一司法解釋明確了非法刪帖、網絡水軍等互聯網灰色產業的責任承擔問題。[查看全文]

Beijing (ECNS) – Providing paid services to delete Internet posts or repost information is illegal, according to a regulation issued by the Supreme People's Court on Thursday.

Such services charge fees to help delete, block or cut access to certain Internet content in order to remove unfavorable information. Some individuals, organizations and companies hire these services to post or repost information to gain popularity, distort facts or market products, reporters found.

Under the new regulation, editing, deleting or blocking information without consent will be regarded as an infringement. And those who hire, organize or solicit others to help post or repost information will bear joint liability.

China has intensified its crackdown on Internet crime, such as the spreading of rumors, pornography and online fraud.
