針對嚴峻的反恐形勢，北京市公安局已全面啟動社會面高等級防控。僅在月壇地區，就有由專業力量和社會力量組成的安全穩定情報信息網絡，修鞋匠、菜攤主、報刊亭主、停車管理員等街面協警力量603人形成協防網絡，隨時通過手機反饋安全信息。同時，月壇26個社區的2400多個樓門院長每天都會向社區通報可疑人或事。[查看全文]

(ECNS) – Beijing is building a "grassroots anti-terrorism network" that includes ordinary citizens.

In the Yuetan area in the city's Xicheng District, over 600 people have been mobilized to serve as "intelligencers," including shoe makers, vegetable vendors, newsstand owners and parking lot attendants.

A total of 2,400 "community managers" have also been asked to report suspicious individuals or activities.

Beijing has formed a team of 2,700 plainclothes cops to patrol public areas. Most of them are high-ranking police officers.
