昨日，記者從北京市環(huán)保局官網(wǎng)獲悉，環(huán)保局近日印發(fā)了《全市2014年流動污染源監(jiān)管工作細則》，其中提出，2014年將聯(lián)合市相關部門開展政策標準研究，研究制定低排放區(qū)和交通擁堵費政策、燃油排污費和階梯油價政策等。另外，將啟動第六階段車用燃油地方標準的制定工作。[查看全文]

(ECNS) -- Beijing's environmental protection bureau will join hands with other municipal departments to develop a "congestion charge" system in 2014, in an effort to ease traffic jams and cut air pollution, the Beijing News reported on Thursday.

The charge system will be developed by the end of 2014, and will be implemented by 2015 at the earliest.

The information was included in a document called "Detailed rules on controlling mobile source pollution" released by the Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.

According to the document, a total of 200,000 old vehicles will be phased out of the city, and the capital will upgrade more than 700 electric buses and 1,950 fueled by natural gas by 2014.
