Lishui (ECNS) -- A highway policeman pulled over a van driver on Sunday and discovered that the young man had been watching pornographic videos on the way to Jingning county, Zhejiang province.

Wu, the driver, was fined 400 yuan ($65 dollars), and three points were put on his license.

When asked why he watched porn while driving, the driver said that it helped "refresh him."

Traffic police warn that watching videos while driving can be distracting and cause traffic accidents.
