China issues new visa rules for foreigners  

外國人超出限定停留居留區(qū)域活動(dòng)將被認(rèn)定非法居留

據(jù)中國政府網(wǎng)消息，日前，國務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)簽發(fā)《中華人民共和國外國人入境出境管理?xiàng)l例》，自2013年9月1日起施行。條例中規(guī)定了外國人在中國境內(nèi)四種情形，屬于非法居留。[查看全文]

(ECNS) -- A new exit and entry law for foreigners was signed by the Chinese premier, effective Sept 1, according to the central government's website.

The law defines illegal residents as any of the following:

1. Foreigners overstaying their visa or residence certificates;

2. Foreigners overstaying the visa-free period without applying for residence certificates;

3. Foreigners going to places not permitted by visa-free policy or residence certificates;
