(ECNS) -- The 20-meter-tall rubber duck that has floated in Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour for a month will soon leave the city, according to a Saturday report at Hkdailynews.com.hk.
Harbor City, one of Hong Kong's biggest shopping malls and the organizer of the installation, said the duck has spread joy and positive energy to local people. In response, the duck will send them a "mysterious gift."
Harbor City said its customer growth had exceeded 10 percent and that its dining hall has also benefited from the display.
Lan Kwai Fong, Hong Kong's premiere dining and nightlife area, will hold a farewell party for the duck on Saturday night.
The sculpture's creator Florentijn Hofman has said the duck would fly to the United States, but its next stop in Asia is uncertain.
