據(jù)商務(wù)部援引駐俄羅斯聯(lián)邦經(jīng)商參處消息，俄商業(yè)資訊日報(bào)5月27日報(bào)道，俄莫斯科內(nèi)務(wù)局社會治安處處長克茲洛夫日前稱，鑒于驅(qū)逐外國非法移民耗資過大，提議對所有入境者建立收費(fèi)賬戶，預(yù)存相當(dāng)于返程機(jī)票和人身保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用的金額，在入境者合理離境時(shí)予以返還。
(ECNS) -- A Russian official suggested setting up personal accounts for foreigners entering Russia, said a report from the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office at the Chinese Embassy in Russia.
Deportation of illegal immigrants not only costs the government, but also triggers criminal incidents. The crime rate among illegal immigrants has increased by 42 percent in the first five months of this year, the report said.
In the accounts, fees for return tickets and personal insurance would be held for foreigners who come to Russia. When they leave the country, the fees would be returned.
A total of 17,832 illegal immigration cases occurred between January and May, and 1,078 undocumented foreign workers were deported.
Facing Russia's intent for a stricter immigration policy, the Ministry of Commerce has warned Chinese businesses to attach great importance to their laborers dispatched to Russia.
