就近日網絡上出現“我爸是李剛”案主角“李啟銘已經出獄”的傳言，河北省司法廳3日回應稱，李啟銘仍在監獄內服刑，未釋放出獄。
Shijiazhuang (CNS) -- The Justice Department of Hebei province refuted on Friday the rumor that a prisoner who had been sentenced to six years was discharged, saying Li Qiming is still serving his prison sentence.
The prison management department of Hebei has verified that Li is still serving his sentence, said a person in charge of the department.
He also said the prison system welcomes supervision from the public.
Li, son of a deputy public security director in Baoding, Hebei province, hit two girls while driving, killing one and injuring the other, in October 2010. Li was reported to have said at the scene of the accident: "You can sue me if you have what it takes; my dad is Li Gang," which spurred public outrage.
He was sentenced to six years in prison on Jan. 30, 2011.
