鐘南山：發病5日內使用達菲可顯著減少H7N9重癥

廣東省防控H7N9禽流感專家組組長鐘南山2日在廣州表示，目前的人感染H7N9禽流感臨床研究顯示，發病5天內使用達菲等神經氨酸酶抑制劑會顯著減少轉為重癥的概率。

Guangzhou (CNS) -- Use of the anti-influenza drug Tamiflu by H7N9-infected patients within five days of morbidity can notably reduce the possibility of aggravating the disease, according to Zhong Nanshan, head of Guangdong's expert group on the prevention and control of H7N9.

Early diagnosis, early medical treatment, and early use of antiviral drugs are key to reducing severe cases and deaths, Zhong said on Thursday.

H7N9 infected patients are recommended to use neuraminidase inhibitors like Tamiflu as soon as possible, said Zhong, and all clinicians should be on high alert in order to detect severe cases in time.

Cities in Guangdong province should control the spread of the disease by making drugs like Tamiflu more widely available, said Lin Shaochun, vice-governor of Guangdong province.

Management of live poultry markets should also be strengthened, Lin added.
