為了方便市民打車，北京將建立統(tǒng)一特服號碼調(diào)度平臺，從今年6月1日起，提供24小時(shí)電話約車、網(wǎng)絡(luò)約車、手機(jī)約車等電召服務(wù)方式。據(jù)悉，出租車司機(jī)應(yīng)確保每車每日執(zhí)行2單電話叫車業(yè)務(wù)，且嚴(yán)重違法違章、運(yùn)營服務(wù)質(zhì)量低劣的駕駛員5年內(nèi)不得從事出租汽車運(yùn)營服務(wù)；而乘客兩次以上違約將在一年內(nèi)不列入用車服務(wù)承諾范圍。
Beijing (CNS) -- Beijing will set up a unified taxi hailing platform for different taxi companies, according to a regulation released by the city's transport commission on Wednesday.
The platform will offer commuters a way to make reservations through telephone, Internet and mobile phone apps, the regulation said.
It will allow riders to hail available taxis nearby in six suburban districts during the day and in the central area inside the city's Fourth Ring at night.
Each taxi driver should pick up at least two riders through the platform every day, according to the regulation.
As for commuters who make a reservation and fail to cancel it beforehand, they will be put on a black list for one year after it happens twice, the regulation said.
Taxi companies, drivers, and dispatchers will be punished severely if they violate the regulations, it added.
