第113屆廣交會(huì)將于15日開(kāi)幕，針對(duì)目前內(nèi)地出現(xiàn)多例人感染H7N9禽流感病例的情況，廣交會(huì)新聞發(fā)言人劉建軍14日表示，大會(huì)已制定了相關(guān)應(yīng)急預(yù)案，將重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)對(duì)發(fā)熱病例的監(jiān)控與報(bào)告。
Guangzhou (CNS) -- An emergency mechanism to combat the spread of H7N9 avian influenza has been established by the organizer of the 113th China Import and Export Fair, or Canton Fair 2013.
Ten years ago, the Canton Fair was held as scheduled amid the outbreak of SARS, and a full-fledged epidemic prevention mechanism was implemented. That mechanism can still be used for the prevention and control of the H7N9 virus, according to Liu Jianjun, spokesman for the Canton Fair, at a press conference in Guangzhou on Sunday.
A health security office has been set up to carry out the prevention of H7N9 avian influenza, said Liu, adding that the office will keep close contact with health departments in Guangzhou to get the latest epidemic-related information.
The program organizers will closely monitor cases of fever during the event and tighten sanitary inspections of the exhibition hall, he said.
Clinical thermometers and masks will also be prepared, he added.
The 113th Canton Fair opened today, and will last until May 5.
