第25屆廣州國際玩具及模型展覽會、第4屆廣州童車及嬰童用品展覽會于8日在廣州琶洲拉開大幕，當天吸引了包括俄羅斯、美國、印尼、新加坡以及港澳等地境內外采購商超1萬人前來參觀。
Guangzhou (CNS) -- The 25th Guangzhou International Toy and Hobby Fair opened in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, on Monday.
The fair features an exhibition area of 47,200 square meters, with 2,300 exhibition booths. Over 10,000 buyers from Russia, America, and Indonesia have signed up for the exhibit.
New products such as high-tech toys and derivative products of the animation industry are exhibited at the fair.
"Merely lower prices cannot attract customers now," said a staff member at Eastcolight (Hong Kong) Ltd. "Improving product design and quality is key to occupying the market."
Serving as a weather vane for the toy industry in China, the annual fair has been held since 1989.
It will go through Wednesday at the Poly World Trade Expo Center in Guangzhou.
