Rainy season hinders bamboo rafting in Guilin  

廣西桂林漓江排筏游受阻 部分水上游項(xiàng)目恢復(fù)

受持續(xù)強(qiáng)降雨影響，旅游名城廣西桂林市河水迅漲，導(dǎo)致轄區(qū)內(nèi)多個水上游項(xiàng)目受阻。4月6日，漓江1500多條排筏全部停航，《印象·劉三姐》大型實(shí)景演出暫停，市區(qū)部分景區(qū)恢復(fù)運(yùn)營。

Guilin (CNS) -- Rising water levels caused by continuous heavy rains have impeded bamboo rafting tourism in south China's city of Guilin, according to Li Xianxiu, who works at a local scenic spot.

Bamboo rafting has been cancelled since March 28, Li said.

Some other attractions in the region have also been closed, and "Impression Liu Sanjie," a live outdoor performance, has been suspended.

March and April is the rainy season in Guilin.

As the weather recently cleared up, 2,600 bamboo rafts were available for tourists on Friday, the second day of the Qingming Festival holiday, but some rafting routes were still temporarily closed, Li said.
