2012年北京投資促進(jìn)部門促成1053個內(nèi)外資大項(xiàng)目落戶京城，比上年增長一倍以上。今年，北京不但將積極開辟境外新興投資來源地，還將注重“綠色”引資，以協(xié)助首都改善大氣質(zhì)量。
Beijing (CNS) -- Beijing will focus on introducing more green investment projects in 2013, according to Zhou Weimin, director general of the Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau.
Zhou made the remarks at the bureau's working conference held in Beijing on Tuesday.
The competition to attract investments has become more severe recently. So a sound investment environment holds the key to gaining advantage in the competition, according to Zhou.
In 2013, Beijing is expected to introduce more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly investment projects, in order to improve the city's air quality and promote development in a green manner.
Several international business conferences and expos, including the 17th Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium and the 5th Beijing Investment Fair, will be held this year in the city, said Zhou.
The bureau will also focus on attracting high-end projects such as hi-tech projects, cultural industry projects, and projects in strategic emerging industries, Zhou added.
