廣西北海市中級法院6日一審宣判，歷時兩年多庭審、并引發(fā)“律師偽證案”的北�！�11·14故意傷害拋尸案”5名被告中，除1人被判無罪外，其余4名被告犯尋釁滋事罪，被分別判處2至3年有期徒刑，5名被告均不承擔(dān)民事賠償責(zé)任。
Beihai (CNS) -- Five suspects in a high-profile homicide case in Guangxi were cleared of murder by a local court on Wednesday.
The Intermediate People's Court of Beihai said the evidence provided by the police was not sufficient for a murder conviction.
Pei Jinde, one of the suspects, was released. The other four received prison sentences ranging from two to three years for lesser charges.
Five suspects were arrested on November 19, 2009 and accused of beating a man named Huang Huanhai to death and throwing his body into the ocean.
Yang Zaixin, the defense lawyer of suspect Yang Bingqi, and another lawyer named Yang Zhonghan were charged with witness tampering and arrested on June 28, 2011, prompting several lawyers to volunteer for the case.
