China’s economy to see modest growth in 2013

眾多金融機構分析人士在展望今年中國經濟前景時指出，“2013年中國經濟將持續溫和增長”。

Shanghai (CNS) -- China's economy is expected to see modest growth next year, economists have said.

The country is expected to reduce taxes on medium- and small-sized enterprises and the service industry, and a pension system covering the whole country will be established to promote labor mobility to facilitate domestic consumption, according to Liu Ligang, head of Greater China Economics at ANZ Banking Group.

The leadership transition and economic recovery in the fourth quarter of 2012 will boost China's economy in 2013, said Lian Ping, an economist at the Bank of Communications.

However, other factors like the sluggishness of the global market will pose negative impacts on China's economic outlook in 2013, so the growth rate of its economy is expected to be 8 percent, according to a report released by JPMorgan.
