Beijing (CNS)-- China's Ministry of Commerce on Friday released a guideline to further promote outbound investment by Chinese businesses.
The guideline is designed to help investors gain a clear picture of overseas markets and conduct investment more efficiently, according to Huo Jianguo, president of the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation.
The guideline features information about 165 countries and regions as investment destinations, including their political and economic conditions, said Huo.
