Proactive fiscal policy unchanged: official  

財(cái)政部：明年繼續(xù)實(shí)施積極財(cái)政政策 促經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整

中國(guó)財(cái)政部部長(zhǎng)謝旭人20日在全國(guó)財(cái)政工作會(huì)議上表示，2013年將堅(jiān)持“穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)”的總基調(diào)，繼續(xù)實(shí)施積極財(cái)政政策。

Beijing (CNS) -- China will continue to implement a proactive fiscal policy in 2013, according to Finance Minister Xie Xurenin at a work conference in Beijing on Thursday.

Xie pointed out that next year's fiscal priorities will be given to the following aspects:

First, improving policies related to structural tax reduction by conducting tax reforms, so as to promote economic restructuring;

Second, optimizing the mix of fiscal expenditures and giving more priorities to the improvement of people's livelihood;

Third, promoting the transformation of the economic development mode, while seeking to improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth;

Fourth, strengthening fiscal management and making the use of funding more efficient.
