富士康在河南開招殘疾人 實(shí)行同工同酬

為期三天的“富士康科技集團(tuán)鄭州科技園安置殘疾人專場招聘會(huì)”17日在河南鄭州啟動(dòng)。富士康方面表示，將針對殘疾人特性設(shè)置合適崗位。同時(shí)，有專人負(fù)責(zé)殘疾員工的衣食住行和文娛生活，還會(huì)按照有關(guān)政策給予殘疾員工更多特殊關(guān)懷。

Zhengzhou (CNS) -- A three-day job fair targeting people with disabilities opened Wednesday at Foxconn's Zhengzhou plant, which is offering 500 posts at the same pay rate as normal workers.

Foxconn, an important supplier to Apple Inc., aims to recruit 200,000 workers to complete orders for the iPhone5 at the plant in north-central China.

Disabled candidates should be 30 years old or younger, able to walk without mechanical assistance and able to understand sign language or communicate through writing.

Local authorities said they will cover expenses for round-trip tickets and room and board for those who attend the job fair. They will also buy bedding for people who are recruited.
