吉林省政府網(wǎng)站10日發(fā)布消息稱，吉林省長(zhǎng)白山管委會(huì)將與朝鮮國(guó)家觀光總局合作開發(fā)長(zhǎng)白山(白頭山)旅游項(xiàng)目，雙方已就此簽署合作意向書。
Changchun (CNS) – The Changbai Mountain Management Committee in Jilin Province and the national travel bureau of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) have signed a cooperation agreement to explore tourism at Changbai Mountain, according to the Jilin government website on Wednesday.
It is the first travel project between the two countries at the scenic spot.
China plans to send related staff to inspect the part of the mountain located on the border with the DPRK, and both sides are to negotiate details such as exit procedures for cross-border tourists.
Changbai Mountain, known as Baekdu Mountain in the DPRK, is an active volcano and the source of the Songhua, Tumen and Yalu (Amnok) rivers.
