中國(guó)央行11日數(shù)據(jù)顯示，中國(guó)貸款政策正變得更為“輕松”：8月份新增人民幣貸款7039億元，同比多增1555億元。

Beijing (CNS) – China's new lending in August rose to 703.9 billion yuan, an increase of 155.5 billion yuan from a year earlier, according to figures released Tuesday by China's central bank.

The number beat forecasts from financial organizations at home and abroad and has been called a "positive signal" by insiders.

Yet Zhou Jingtong, a researcher with the Bank of China, said the country's economy was still trending downward.

Zhou said investment by central and local governments focused on infrastructure could relieve the tension in the manufacturing sector, but only slightly.
