廣東省碳排放權交易試點啟動暨廣州碳排放權交易所揭牌儀式，11日在廣州聯合交易園區舉行。廣東省省長朱小丹宣布廣東省碳排放權交易試點啟動。
Guangzhou (CNS) -- Guangdong Governor Zhu Xiaodan on Tuesday announced a pilot program for carbon emission trading at the opening ceremony of the Guangzhou Carbon Emission Rights Trading Exchange.
The Development and Reform Commission, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of Guangdong Provice and Siemens (China), Ltd. signed a cooperative development agreement on green and low carbon building at the ceremony.
According to the program, Guangdong will gradually establish and strengthen supervision and management of companies and other carbon emission organizations to promote energy saving and industrial restructuring.
