“唰唰,咚咚……”在鏗鏘有力的舞步聲和打鼓聲中,有著千余年歷史的瓊結久河卓舞16日在西藏山南地區體育場開演。
Tibet (CNS) -- A performance of Zhuo dance, which has a history of more than 1,000 years in the Shannan area of Tibet, attracted many tourists to the Yalong Cultural Festival on Thursday.
The 80-year-old leading dancer Nyima began studying the dance when he was 16, and now has more than 80 disciples in the village.
We gather to dance and celebrate Tibetan New Year, Ongkor Festival, Yalong Cultural Festival and others, said Nyima.
Zhuo dancing was categorized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2008.
