海南省三亞市旅游委副主任鄭聰輝14日在三亞“倡導誠信、抵制欺詐、建設誠信三亞”動員大會上表示，三亞將健全旅游信息發布制度，建立旅游誠信“紅黑榜”。

Sanya (CNS) -- The seaside city of Sanya in south China's Hainan Province will launch an "integrity service list" to improve customer service, an official said at a meeting Tuesday.

Initiated by the Comprehensive Management Commission of Sanya, the move is aimed at eliminating fraudulent business activities and cleaning up the city's tourism environment.

Hotels, restaurants, stores, taxi drivers and others accused of cheating are to be blacklisted.

Sanya is one of the most famous seashore attractions in China, with more than 10 million visitors each year. However, the overcharging and defrauding of tourists have harmed the city's reputation.
