記者13日從新疆于田縣政府獲悉，于田縣6.2級地震已造成直接經濟損失260多萬元人民幣，部分房屋損壞。救災物資已運往災區。
Yutian (CNS) -- The 6.2-magnitude earthquake that jolted the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Sunday has caused direct economic losses of 2.6 million yuan, the Yutian County government said Monday.
The epicenter was determined by the Xinjiang Earthquake Administration to be 5,000 meters above sea level and less than 200 kilometers from Yutian, Minfeng and Cele counties, all of which felt the quake.
No casualties were reported as of 10 a.m. Monday.
At Aqiang Township, the nearest to the epicenter, 1,056 residents were affected, 70 houses were damaged, 632 livestock were killed and 350 people were evacuated.
